This policy explains how XM LLC handles information for xsimple Life Goal, localized in mainland China as 人生小目标. The app is built for private, on-device AI planning.

Local AI Processing
- AI planning is performed locally on the user's device after the model is downloaded.
- Goal descriptions and generated plans are not submitted to third-party AI services.
- XM LLC does not use user goal content to train third-party models.
Network Use
- The app may download an open-source mobile language model from XM LLC-hosted infrastructure.
- The download request may include standard network metadata such as IP address and user agent.
- The app does not upload goal text, checklist activity, or generated plans to XM LLC servers.
Purchases
- Paid app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- XM LLC does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
- Apple may provide purchase and storefront information needed to operate the App Store purchase.
Data Sharing
- XM LLC does not sell personal information from xsimple Life Goal.
- XM LLC does not share goal content with third-party AI providers.
- Information may be disclosed only when required by law or to protect the service and users.
