Data we collect

Text prompts, uploaded or recorded voice reference audio, and
generated audio are collected only when you choose to submit them
in the App.

Voice profile content you create in the App is used to provide
voice cloning and text-to-speech functionality.

Purchase history and subscription status may be used to unlock
paid features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App
Store.
- We do not create user accounts.
- We do not track you or use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
- We do not use analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.

We do not request access to Contacts, Photos, Camera, Microphone,
Location, Health, or other sensitive data.
How we use data
User-provided text, audio, voice profile content, and generated
audio are used for App functionality: creating AI voice output,
saving reusable voice profiles, exporting generated audio, and
supporting subscription access.
Third parties
xVoice Clone does not use a third-party AI service and does not
send user text, voice reference audio, generated audio, or other
user content to a third-party AI provider. Voice processing is
handled by XM LLC's own backend service. The App may interact with
Apple systems such as the App Store and StoreKit for app delivery
and purchases. Apple processes that information under its own
privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in
your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
User-provided content is transmitted to XM LLC's backend over
encrypted connections and is used only to provide the requested App
functionality. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising.
Changes to this policy
If xVoice Clone adds features that collect additional data, such
as analytics, crash logs, or login, we will update this policy and
the App's disclosures before those changes go live.
