This policy explains how XM LLC handles audio files, subscription entitlement proof, and operational data for AI Song Cover.

Purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. XM LLC does not receive or store your credit card number. The app may send Apple-signed subscription entitlement proof to our backend so we can verify Pro access for longer renders.
XM LLC does not sell personal data, does not broker user audio, and does not use advertising trackers. Audio jobs are processed by XM LLC systems used to operate AI Song Cover. We may disclose information only when required by law or to protect the service from misuse.
Uploaded audio files and generated outputs are temporary job artifacts. They are automatically cleaned up after approximately 24 hours. You can also delete downloaded result files from your device at any time.
The app uses HTTPS for uploads and downloads through cover.xmaillc.com. Access to the processing service is limited by backend controls, subscription entitlement verification, and operational safeguards.
AI Song Cover is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
