XM LLC does not collect personal data, photos, captions, identifiers, analytics, diagnostics, or usage information from this app. The app has no account system, advertising SDK, or analytics SDK.

Nine Grid Select Privacy Policy
Nine Grid Select (九宫格精选) analyzes photos and generates caption suggestions entirely on your iPhone. XM LLC does not receive your photos or captions.

Photo access
You choose photos through Apple's system photo picker. The app can access only the items you select. Selected images remain on your device and are not uploaded to XM LLC or any third-party AI service.
On-device intelligence
Photo quality analysis uses Apple's on-device Vision framework. Caption suggestions use Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework when available, with an offline template fallback. Processing does not require an XM LLC server.
Saving, sharing, and clipboard
The app writes an exported grid to your photo library only when you tap Save and grant permission. Sharing occurs only when you open the iOS share sheet and choose a destination. A caption is placed on the system clipboard only when you tap Copy. Services you choose for sharing process data under their own policies.
Tracking and third parties
The app does not track users across apps or websites, does not display ads, and does not sell or share personal data. It does not call third-party model providers or third-party AI APIs.
Retention and deletion
XM LLC retains no app data because no data is transmitted to XM LLC. You can remove saved grids from Photos and clear copied text using the standard controls on your device.
Children's privacy
The app is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Policy changes
If the app's data practices change, XM LLC will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before those practices take effect.
