AI Song Cover lets users import a song file, record or import a voice reference, and request an AI-generated cover through a secure HTTPS service at cover.xmaillc.com.
Information We Collect
- Song files and voice reference audio that you choose to upload.
- Subscription entitlement proof provided by Apple StoreKit.
- Operational data needed to process, troubleshoot, and clean up jobs.
How We Use Information
- Generate AI song cover results requested by the user.
- Apply Free and Pro rendering limits for subscriptions.
- Maintain service reliability and prevent abuse.
Data Sharing & Retention
XM LLC does not sell personal data and does not use advertising trackers. Uploaded job files and generated outputs are retained temporarily and are cleaned up after approximately 24 hours.

xVoice Clone (iOS)

Overview
xVoice Clone allows authorized XM clients to simulate voice-driven assistant interactions using customer-approved scripts and datasets. The app is designed for enterprise demonstration and evaluation purposes, and only collects the minimum data required to operate.
Information We Collect
- Account metadata (name, work email, organization) provided by your XM engagement lead.
- Audio samples recorded within the app when you choose to test speech capture features.
- Diagnostic logs related to app stability and performance, including device type and OS version.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate users participating in approved pilots or demonstrations.
- Generate AI-driven voice responses based on the scripts and datasets you provide.
- Improve reliability by monitoring crash reports and high-level usage metrics.
Data Sharing & Retention
XM does not sell or broker personal data. Audio recordings and associated transcripts are stored in XM-managed environments aligned to your contract requirements and are retained no longer than 30 days unless your organization requests extended retention for testing. Crash analytics are processed through Apple-provided tooling and anonymized before internal review.
Your Choices
- Disable microphone access at any time via iOS settings; the app will continue to run in text-only mode.
- Request deletion of pilot data by contacting your XM program manager or emailing privacy@xm-llc.com.
- Export demonstration transcripts by submitting a request to privacy@xm-llc.com.
xStock Monitor (iOS)

Overview
xStock Monitor delivers real-time market briefings and compliance-friendly alerts to institutional investment teams. The app integrates with customer-approved market data feeds and XM's analytics services to surface actionable insights on the go.
Information We Collect
- Account credentials (name, work email, role) provisioned by your enterprise administrator.
- Portfolio preferences and watchlists you configure while using the app.
- Usage telemetry such as notification opt-ins, alert interactions, and device type.
How We Use Information
- Deliver personalized market alerts and compliance notifications aligned to your watchlists.
- Synchronize your portfolio view across XM web and mobile experiences.
- Maintain audit trails required by financial services regulations and your enterprise agreement.
Data Sharing & Retention
XM shares user data only with contracted market data providers and regulatory archives designated by your organization. Portfolio preferences are encrypted in transit and at rest, and retained for the duration of your subscription or until your administrator requests deletion. Aggregated telemetry that cannot be used to identify you is kept for up to 24 months to improve service reliability.
Your Choices
- Manage notification preferences within the app or through iOS settings.
- Modify or delete watchlists at any time; changes sync across your XM workspace immediately.
- Submit privacy questions or deletion requests to privacy@xm-llc.com or your designated administrator.
Landuo (iOS)

Overview
Landuo is an English duel iOS game from XM LLC that lets players compete head-to-head and track progress across devices. The app uses secure account services so players can keep their profile, username, and avatar consistent anywhere they log in.
Information We Collect
- Account registration details such as email address, username, and password (if you choose email sign-up).
- Apple Sign-In identifiers when you choose to authenticate with Apple.
- Profile assets you upload, including avatar images and in-app display preferences.
- Gameplay activity and match history needed to deliver duels, rankings, and rewards.
- Device and usage diagnostics, including app version, device model, and performance metrics.
How We Use Information
- Create and secure your Landuo account, including verifying login methods and protecting account access.
- Sync your email, username, and avatar across devices so your profile stays consistent.
- Operate gameplay features, track match results, and calculate rankings or achievements.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.
Data Sharing & Retention
XM LLC does not sell personal data. Landuo shares data only with cloud hosting, authentication, and analytics providers that help operate the game. Account data and gameplay records are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal, security, or dispute-resolution needs. Diagnostic data is retained up to 24 months to support reliability and fraud prevention.
Your Choices
- Update your profile information, username, or avatar within the app settings.
- Request export or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@xm-llc.com.
- Manage notification settings through Landuo or iOS settings.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing XM LLC digital properties, including the xVoice Clone and xStock Monitor iOS applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regulations. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
Authorized Use
Our applications are provided exclusively to XM clients and their designated users for business purposes outlined in the governing statement of work. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and ensuring all usage complies with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Intellectual Property
All XM platform capabilities, documentation, trademarks, and related materials remain the intellectual property of XM LLC. No rights or licenses are granted beyond those expressly included in your enterprise agreement.
Support & Service Levels
XM provides maintenance, updates, and mission support pursuant to each client’s service schedule. Report incidents through your program manager or by emailing support@xm-llc.com for response in accordance with the agreed SLA.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XM LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Direct damages are limited to the amount paid under the applicable order in the twelve months preceding the claim.
